Future’s Early Life
The real name of Future is Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn. He was born on November 20th, 1983. He was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. When he took part in the musical collective named The Dungeon Family, he was nicknamed “The Future”. Rico Wade, his cousin, was a member of the Dungeon Family and also a record producer. At that time, he gave Future a suggestion to work on his songwriting and his rapping skills and also to make a career from it. In 2011, Epic Records approached him. Then, Future signed the record contract and soon he released the mixtape entitled “Streetz Calling”. It became his most successful mixtape. In January 2019, “Future Hndrzz Presents: The Wizrd” was released. This was the seventh studio album Future’s album. In February 2019, Future won his first Grammy Award for Best Rap Performance for his collaboration on the song entitled “King’s Dead”.
